Hi, I’m Ariel — yes, like the mermaid. My mom was a big Disney fan, but somehow I grew up loving the ocean even more than she imagined… which feels fitting now that I’m a coastal bartender.

I’ve spent years behind the bar learning the craft, mastering balance, flavor, and presentation. Today, I’m expanding that experience into something uniquely mine — creating cocktails and mocktails inspired by botanicals, florals, and coastal charm.

From handcrafted syrups to carefully brewed teas, I design beverages that feel elevated, beautiful, and memorable — perfect for weddings, celebrations, and special events. Of course, the classics still have their place, so I offer a curated menu that blends timeless favorites with my signature botanical creations.
