Cancellation Policy

Event Bartending Service Policy This policy ensures a smooth, professional, and legally compliant experience for every event. 1. Booking & Payment A non-refundable down payment of $50 is required when booking to secure your date. This deposit must be made at least 72 hours before the event and is applied toward your total balance. All remaining payments must be paid in full before service is provided. No exceptions will be made for unpaid balances. 2. Setup & Cleanup Your service package includes the bartending hours listed in your agreement. In addition to those hours, we require one hour before the event for setup and one hour afterward for cleanup. These hours do not count toward your paid service time, and access to the location must be available for both setup and breakdown. 3. Event Space Requirements Clients must provide a designated area large enough for bartending equipment, drink preparation, and safe workflow. The space must be level and accessible at least one hour prior to start time. Failure to provide adequate space may delay or prevent service. 4. Alcohol Service & ID Verification All alcohol must be supplied by the client. If any guest appears under 30 years old, a valid government-issued ID will be required before service. This policy stands regardless of the event location—even in a private home. Mississippi alcohol laws still apply, and service will be denied to anyone without proper identification. No exceptions. 5. Mississippi State Alcohol Laws (Coast Region) Mississippi Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) regulations prohibit serving anyone under 21, as well as serving visibly intoxicated individuals. Local counties and municipalities may have additional rules, including wet/dry restrictions and event-specific limitations. Clients are responsible for ensuring their venue allows alcohol service. As the bartender, I will follow all state and local laws, including refusing service when necessary for safety or legal compliance. 6. Service Conditions Client must confirm that their venue permits alcohol service and that no local restrictions prevent bartending activities. If conditions are unsafe, illegal, or unsuitable for setup, I reserve the right to delay or deny service without refund. 7. Cancellations & Rescheduling All down-payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
